I haven’t felt as the black sheep when i was a kid. At least not in my family. Although i might have been bullied when i was a kid. I remember how i’ve started to be respected by my classmates after they found out that i can sing. It is amazing to see how people are changing their minds regarding your looks, your beauty, your intellect in the moment when the “wolf” starts appreciating you for something. Once you are on a stage, they will applaud.

I’ve learned that people, women especially can be very ,very mean from a very young age. So i consider this one of my biggest strengths. And somehow i’ve continued to live my life surrounded mostly by women, in high school, college and even in my daily business.

This thing hasn’t changed too much in the past 26 years of my life. What has changed is that i’ve changed my perception about the idea of being ‘the black sheep”. I actually love being it! I embrace it now! As soon as something becomes ‘trendy,’ I go off it. I hate the idea of being a sheep and just following a look because I’ve been told it’s fashionable. Individuality makes the world a much more interesting place.

I’m blogging for 6 years. I’ve never followed a trend. I wore baker hats in high school too, i wore turbans and hats. I was the black sheep back then. Now it is a very trendy piece and everybody wants it. I will continue creating them this season because i believed in this product 4 years ago when i’ve first introduced it in a #couple collection created with my husband.

I guess this is the reason why i haven’t become famous as a fashion blogger. I was never wearing the IT things of the season. I’ve always followed my own style. Now for example i am in love with black #fauxleather and #latex. It is the only thing that i really craved for from #nowadays trends. Also i will always be a fan of #sequins. They make me remember the music videos of the 80’s. They always give me a #disco fever and a good reason to shine. I am not afraid to wear them during the day.

In the end i would like to say that nowadays i am surrounding myself with a lot of black sheeps.   And i am glad we’ve finally found each other in this very, very big crowd called world. Not all of them are curly, but you can spot them in the crowd.

I am wearing RESERVED pants, top & cardigan

SWEET PAPRIKA – white Baker hat.
