I briefly told you the story of my third day at Milan Fashion Week and how I got to attend the Ermanno Scervino show. And now, it is time to show you the magic that has happened there and to share with you my humble, but honest opinions regarding some of the most memorable looks that I’ve seen since having the opportunity to attend fashion shows.

If you must know something about this brand, should be the fact that it promotes feminity and delicacy, through the intermediate of dainty materials and flowy cuts, relieving the style of a veritable Italian lady, una vera donna italiana, may I say. Well, it came as a surprise, a beautiful one, of course, and I think I speak in the name of many of those present at the show, when the first looks appeared as a tribute to masculine fashion: carefully tailored suits and sumptuous military coats.

But then, the signature style could not be left out, as lace dresses were flowing simultaneous with the rhythm of the models’ steps. Of course I was instantly drawn to the red one, taking into consideration that it was also accompanied by a retro bag and a belt to accentuate the waist. After that, the colour transition was unpredictable, but gladdening for the eyes, as purple conquered the runaway. My favourite: the asymmetrical dress, styled in the most fabulous way. The all-white looks seem to have a glorious moment for the season to come. Whether worn on a cold day of November, standing out among the maroon and coffee coloured leaves, or defining the gleam of the snow, all-white emanates confidence and preciousness. So be it, in all shapes and materials. As a juxtaposition to that, there came the black garments which perfectly balanced the appearances, with their mysterious vibes.

It was romantic and powerful, outstanding and sophisticated, playful and ravishing. It was everything that a woman is or should aspire to be. It was the Ermanno Scervino Fall/Winter 2017-2018 collection  and I loved it to pieces.
